This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the Sawgrass community of Fripp Island Resort in Beaufort, South Carolina, and is tucked away in a maritime forest with panoramic views of the marsh, palm trees, and wildlife.

This home's large back porch is perfect for evening cocktails, and the balcony off the kitchen is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee.  

By golf cart, which is included in the rental of this home, the beach is less than 5 minutes away, and there are multiple beach accesses with golf cart parking located throughout Fripp Island.

The master suite has a king bed, private balcony overlooking the marshes, and a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each have king beds. The home has cable TV and high speed wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and central heat and AC.

Fripp Island is a very special place, offering world class golf and tennis, beautiful beaches, and abundant wildlife.  

Three and a half miles of pristine beach provide the perfect location to spend the day in relaxation. Fripp's marinas, restaurants, and sightseeing provide something for every member of the family. If you want to spend the day in town, historic Downtown Beaufort is approximately 15 miles away, and both Hunting and Harbor Island are within five miles.
